The Blueprint of a Leader: From Girls Inc. to Global CEO

During Women’s History Month, we look to the past to honor those who paved the way—but at Girls Inc. of Greater Atlanta, we also look to our Alumnae to see the future they are building. Today, we are proud to spotlight Koddi Dunn, the CEO of Love Mobile Inc. and a true “disruptor” in the multi-billion dollar telecommunications industry.

A Formative Foundation

Before she was delivering masterclasses at Caesars Palace or preparing for the MVNO Nation International Conference in Spain, Koddi was a Girls Inc. girl. She credits her time in our programs with instilling the belief that extraordinary growth is possible for everyone.

“Girls Inc. made a profound impact on me during my formative years,” Koddi recalls. “I fondly recall Ms. Neely and Ms. Cindy McDougal. The time I spent as a Girls Inc. girl helped shape the leader I am today.”

Disrupting for Good

As the founder of Love Mobile, Koddi is proving that profit and philanthropy are not mutually exclusive. Her organization, currently holding a multi-million dollar evaluation, is built on a “giveback” model that supports nonprofits for the life of every account.

Koddi’s career has taken her from consulting for Fortune 500 teams to becoming a global voice in telecom. Yet, her mission remains rooted in the values of purpose-driven leadership—the same values she first encountered right here in Atlanta.

Inspiring the Next Generation

Koddi’s journey from our classrooms to international stages serves as a powerful reminder to our current participants: The boundaries you push today determine the systems you will lead tomorrow. We are honored to call Koddi a Girls Inc. Alumna and are thrilled to partner with her to bring Love Mobile to our community.
