Girls Leading Our World (GLOW) is a leadership and empowerment program designed for middle school girls to explore their voices, build confidence, and develop the skills to lead in their schools and communities.
Through interactive workshops, mentorship, sisterhood, and hands-on experiences, participants develop practical skills while discovering what leadership can look like in their own lives.

The GLOW Experience
Building Leaders From the Inside Out
GLOW gives girls opportunities to learn, reflect, connect, and take action while developing the confidence and practical skills needed to become thoughtful, compassionate leaders.
Leadership Development
Build confidence, communication skills, decision-making abilities, and an understanding of what it means to lead.
Financial Literacy
Develop foundational money skills and explore how financial knowledge can support independence and future goals.
Community Action
Discover how girls can use their voices, ideas, and talents to create positive change in their communities.
Mentorship
Connect with supportive adults and role models who encourage girls to imagine bold possibilities for their futures.
Sisterhood
Build meaningful relationships with peers in an environment designed to encourage belonging, support, and growth.
Self-Discovery
Explore strengths, values, goals, and interests while developing a stronger sense of identity and purpose.

Leadership is not something girls have to wait until adulthood to practice. GLOW creates space for girls to develop their voices, make decisions, collaborate with others, and recognize the influence they can have today.
By combining practical skills with mentorship and meaningful experiences, GLOW empowers girls to become bold, compassionate, and capable leaders in their schools, families, and communities.
