Project Accelerate extends the Girls Inc. Experience beyond adolescence, supporting young women as they prepare for higher education, careers, and leadership opportunities.
Created in response to girls seeking continued guidance from a trusted source, Project Accelerate provides a pathway to develop the knowledge, confidence, networks, and professional skills needed to navigate important educational and career transitions.
Through mentorship, career exploration, educational resources, and professional development opportunities, the program helps participants prepare for long-term success and meaningful leadership.
Project Accelerate combines personal development with educational and professional opportunities designed to help young women confidently navigate their futures.
Project Accelerate addresses persistent barriers to women’s advancement, including unequal access to professional networks, leadership opportunities, and career development.
The program places particular emphasis on expanding opportunities for young women of color and those from underserved communities. By connecting participants with practical resources, mentorship, and professional experiences, Girls Inc. is helping young women prepare to pursue their ambitions and become leaders in their chosen fields.
