A Fall Break Full of New Experiences at the Marietta Center
Marietta Center · September 2026
New experiences.
New reasons to be bold.
A Fall Break filled with sports, role models, and shared memories.
Fall Break at the Marietta Center gave girls time to explore something new. From meeting collegiate athletes to enjoying a movie together, the week offered opportunities to ask questions, get moving, and connect with one another.
Meeting women who bring strength to their sport.
Participants welcomed the Life University Women’s Wrestling Team and the Clark Atlanta University Women’s Tennis Team. These visits introduced girls to different sports and gave them a chance to interact with women competing at the collegiate level.
Girls asked questions, participated in activities, and experienced the sports firsthand. Along the way, they saw examples of the strength, teamwork, confidence, and dedication that athletes bring to their practice.
Room to explore
A chance to try a new sport—and meet women who pursue it.
A shared adventure at the movies.
Another highlight was a special movie outing to see The Forgotten Island. Girls traveled to the theater and enjoyed the film together, adding a memorable group experience to their Fall Break.
Time together outside their usual activities gave participants another way to connect, enjoy one another’s company, and make memories.
More ways to be Strong, Smart, and Bold.
Across the week, girls explored new interests, connected with positive role models, and built friendships. Each experience brought a different opportunity to participate, discover, and have fun.
Thank you to the Life University Women’s Wrestling Team and Clark Atlanta University Women’s Tennis Team for sharing their time and introducing our girls to their sports.
