On a beautiful autumn Saturday, Girls Inc. of Greater Atlanta hosted our Fall Into Wellness Community Celebration—and what a day it was! Families, partners, and neighbors came together for an energizing event filled with wellness activities, resources, games, and fun for all ages.

From line dancing and live DJ music to nutrition demos, health screenings, and self-care stations, the event brought awareness to the importance of mental, emotional, and physical wellness in a joyful, accessible way.

🎉 Highlights included:

  • Family fitness sessions

  • Kid-friendly games and giveaways

  • Local vendors and resource booths

  • Free snacks and refreshments

  • Live music and community vibes

“Fall Into Wellness is more than an event—it’s a reminder that wellness is for everyone. We want our community to take this season as an opportunity to reset, recharge, and reconnect. Through fitness, mindfulness, and education, we’re encouraging families to embrace small, meaningful steps that lead to lasting wellness.”

— Consuela Douglas, Wellness and Family Engagement Director, Girls Inc. of Greater Atlanta
