Our Girls Inc. family shined bright during this year’s Glowing and Growing Party, a joyful celebration of Lights On Afterschool—the nationwide campaign that highlights the importance of afterschool programs in the lives of young people.

Held at our Marietta Center, the evening brought together fun, creativity, and powerful self-reflection, creating a space where girls could be celebrated, seen, and inspired to dream bigger.

💡 Lighting the Way with Creativity and Confidence

During the celebration, girls took part in several hands-on and heart-centered activities:

• 🟡 Built a Glow Wall featuring personal goals they want to achieve this year
• 🔮 Crafted glow-in-the-dark bracelets as a symbol of their inner light
• 🪞Wrote positive affirmations on mirrors to reflect their strength, beauty, and potential

Each activity encouraged the girls to see themselves as leaders, learners, and light-bringers in their communities.
